1. REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want a refund or you want to change the defective/broken/etc. item, please contact us RIGHT AWAY after noticing the flaw/etc. Requests of refund/exchange after 24 hours of receiving the item will not be entertained.We’ll not be held liablefor lost goods and damages made during the shipment of the item.

We will not give your money back nor change the product if the damage was made by the buyer.Photos of your orders are posted to a certain album at the photo section.But again, we guarantee that we do not ship broken/etc. items.

2. NO RESERVATION POLICY
We’ll give the items to the first person who pays for it. Simple.

3. NO ORDER FORM, NO TRANSACTION
Order form is a MUST. Of course, we need the basic information about you and where are we going to ship your order.

4. BLACKLISTING POLICY
We don’t have an album for bogus buyers/joy reservers and we don’t plan to make one. But please, be true to your words. We’ll just automatically block you.

5. MEET-UP POLICY
Who likes waiting so long for nothing? No one right?! So when you said 3pm sharp, it’s 3pm sharp. Fix your schedule before telling me the meet-up time and place. Please leave your phone open so I can contact you. If you cannot go to the meet-up point on that day, please tell me right away or at least 5 hours or a day before the meet-up. Rescheduling is fine, but too much is not good.
